Old Business:

1        Ad hoc Committee Report "GSR 101" flyer was circulated during the SFV Convention.  The rent has been negotiated.
2        Adhoc Committee report "Registration queries" was read by Jeff for our feedback.  He will make some changes to "Contacting a Group" guidelines and distribute to Ernie and Maureen along with the breakdown of meetings.

New Business:
1.        Finance - Melanie voiced her concern about holding onto the District 17 cash reserve and asked the group conscience about opening a checking account.  All agreed it was a good idea and she will investigate how to open an account as a "group" with transferable access, as apposed to a non-profit organization.
2.        Opinion Polls for March Pre-Conference:  Jeff had copies of one sheet and it was discovered that are actually four total pages to this year's opinion poll.  Jeff stressed the importance of taking these to our groups for completion and returning them to Vicki prior to the March assembly in Lompoc.  Alberto said the Poll should be posted on
www.AAArea93.org
3.        Open discussion…"What's going on?"  Alberto addressed our group conscience that the Area 93 secretary Jess is and has been late in distributing the Area assembly minutes.  Alberto informed us that as Area 93 Chairman he does not have the authority to ask the secretary to step down. Alberto said it was agreed among the Area 93 officers to approach Jess in a spiritual manner.  Alberto informed us as GSRs we have the authority to address this issue at the assembly level.  It was discussed at length and a motion was passed to close this discussion.
