Attendance: GSRs - 14, Alternate GSR's - 1, DCM - 1, Alternate DCM - 1, Past DCM - 1
New GSRs - None
Minutes from October were approved as submitted.
DCM Report - Jeff submitted the bid for the January 15, 2006 Assembly and it was accepted. We will be hosting the assembly at the Beverly Garland Hotel in Studio City. We need volunteers for various areas and it was suggested that each GSR bring back 2 names from their Groups that would be interested in being of service. Richard W. will be making the coffee and setting up the donuts & bagel service for breakfast with his crew. Other positions need to be filled. Our Alternate Delegate is looking for people that have never participated at the pre-conference workshop to give presentations. Additionally, our Delegate is submitting names for people to be of service at PRAASA 2006. Area 93 is in need of translators (Spanish), if you know of anybody please pass their name on to our Area Chairman.

Treasurer Report - Melanie B. distributed the financial statement for October. Report was approved as submitted. Melanie explained that we are working towards a prudent reserve as outlined in our Guidelines & Policies.

PRAASA 2006 Update - Mark V. made an announcement.
Old business:
1. District workshop "GSR 101" to be held some time in April 2006 and an adhoc committee has been formed with Richard F. as the chair to present pertinent information at the next District meeting.

New Business:
1. January 15, 2006 Area Assembly - Covered in DCM Report.
2. Bakersfield Assembly Sunday November 20, 2005 - Robert K. has agreed to take assembly supplies from Bakersfield for our use in January 2006.
3. Open Discussion: It was brought up that a member of a group was passing a petition to be signed by group members vouching for his/her attendance at A.A. meetings and asking for other members full names and signatures with phone numbers. Is this a violation of traditions? A lengthy discussion ensued and it was agreed that there might have been several Traditions violated and that this is probably not a good thing to allow inside an A.A. meeting.
Good and Welfare:
Birthdays in November - Whitney 2 years on November 3.
The Winner's Attitude Adjustment Meeting that met daily at the Little Brown Church in Studio City is now meeting on Laurel Canyon Blvd. At the corner of Califa Street in North Hollywood at the Foursquare Church. The meeting time is still 7:00AM Daily.
Robert has SFV Convention Raffle tickets available $1.00 each.
Ernie passed out flyers for his Group Meetings held on Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 8am
